I’M Dr CAROLINE BLACKLEY

I work with organisations to create productive working cultures.

As an experienced educator and leader, I became deeply interested in what the difference was between teachers who loved their jobs, and teachers who didn’t. I was so interested I did a PhD on this, and my research based on classroom and behaviour management, led to the Four Dimensions framework.

The framework helps teachers reposition how they interact with students, so that they can create the learning environment they really want. This is a learning environment with reduced, if not entirely eliminated, student disruption.

“Is that even possible?”, you wonder. It is. We’ve got the data to show how classrooms behaviour and routines are being transformed by adopting our evidence based approach.
