The 4D Professional Development was one of the best trainings I have attended in a long time because of its focus on what happens in our classrooms.  The benefits of Caroline’s work in helping teachers shift the interactions and conversations to curriculum rather than management were made clear throughout the two days.  The training has made a difference to what happens in my classroom already!
