2. Why is this journal so special?

This journal will help teachers be on track with a rubric that can be used to do observations and insights into the principles of the Four Dimensions. The Four dimensions are an approach to learning, development, and teaching. They are knowledge, personal performance skills, social interaction skills, and affective skills; the four quadrants consist of student-teacher interactions, student-student interactions, self-perceptions (intrapersonal), and self-performance (interpersonal).

3. Why Should You Trust Caroline?

I have 25 years of experience in special education, functional and applied behaviour paradigms, and managing behaviour and cognitive change.  My coaching style is reflective, challenging, conversational, collaborative, and above all else it is solution-focused. We draw a line in the sand, acknowledge the past and we get busy planning the future. I use strategies that are based on research and science and utilize the knowledge of how our brains form habits and patterns of behaviour to our own advantage in the classroom.

Through a solution-focused coaching model, I support schools and teachers locally, nationally, and internationally, to make lasting changes in their teaching practices.

I truly believe that every person is a unique and capable being who in essence can develop their own mojo and solutions by shifting their thinking.  Through honest and direct dialogue you will be supported and challenged to realise the potential that lies within your own belief systems and skills as a qualified teacher. I will help you reconnect with respect for your qualification and current skills, teaching you how to harness what you already know.
