Dr Caroline Blackley is a researcher, keynote speaker and Founder and CEO of Blackley Group. She is the creator of The Four Dimensions®, an evidence-based framework for understanding how everyday interactions shape culture. Caroline holds six degrees, including a PhD, and her research draws on tens of thousands of interactions and more than one million minutes of observation.
