Whole School Scans include a one-to-one 30-minute classroom observation with each teacher then a 20-minute reflection session, to develop awareness and build a shared language around a culture of learning.

Following the scan, teachers and school leaders will have:

• Clear and precise evidence on what is occurring in their classrooms.

• Access to data, which will inform where you’ve been and where you can go.
